Wednesday Nov 15 2006 16:32 EDT By Staff Writers, Reuters NEW YORK (Reuters) - Mobile phone maker Motorola on Tuesday said it had agreed to buy broadband home network equipment provider Netopia in a deal with a total equity value of about US$208 million. Motorola said it will pay US$7 a share for all of Netopia's outstanding shares in a deal it expects to be neutral to earnings per share in the first year after closing, excluding certain noncash charges.
