So, the RIAA is going to contact the people before suing them!
I have a question:
Who benefits the most from this tactic?
IMHO,it seems to be just another way of "Profiling."
(Step One:)
Contact the future defendant,throw out any case involving 65 - 83 year old people that are trading rap music.
Also, make very,very sure there are no 12 year old girls that live in Public assisted housing on the sue list.
(Step two:)
Then you're free to sue everyone else minus the bad publicity. It's a WIN-WIN situation!
