Thanks to new policies instituted by the National Weather Service, users can obtain free access to such things as live radar, weather forecasts, and even receive weather on their cell phones. However, a bill introduced last week by Senator Rick Santorum (R-PA) may end all that. kudos:1 | Hell no! NOAA also sends warnings to those who may be in danger of storms. Do they have to pay for a warning? If I was boating and there was a storm coming, I wouldnt want to have a bunch of companies badgering me to pay for their warnings!
