The New York Civil Liberties Union is suing New York City on behalf of a Columbia University student after police handcuffed him for taking photographs near a subway station in Manhattan.

Blame the Federal Government.

Bush and crew have generated the air of invincibility and of anything goes for security.

This attitude shows that the terrorist have made in roads in curtailing our freedoms which what they have taken aim at in the first place.

Security yes but with common sense and a brain!
