Multichannel screens tap medium’s interactive potential

This fall, Comcast Corp. plans to launch a mosaic feature on a new “portal” screen that subscribers to its cable systems will see when they turn on their TVs. On the left side of the portal will be the various viewing options, such as switching to on-demand movies or scrolling through channels. In the middle will be six screens showing what is happening on different channels organized by theme, such as children’s shows, sports or news.

Sounds Cool

This sounds like a big improvement over the i-Guide. How many of you think it will actually be true that it is coming out this fall????? I just got the i-Guide on my 6200 box a few months ago!
