"Joining DirecPC, Pegasus, and Starband in the satellite broadband DTH (Direct to Home) market is newcomer WildBlue. Based out of Denver, Colorado, WildBlue, formerly KaSTAR Communications, will be among the first to use Ka-Band broadcast technology to deliver up to three Megabits per second download and up to 400 Kbps uplink through a 26 inch dish to a customer site, either a home or a small business. Up to eight PCs or other Internet devices can be connected to a WildBlue data modem." more
