Next PowerBook to be superskinny

We still don’t have any idea when Apple is going to come out with those new G5 PowerBooks everyone is salivating over (it seems like they’ve been having a lot of trouble getting those power-hungry, overheating G5 chips into a laptop), but we’re hearing that whenever the next version does come out it’ll be “considerably thinner” than the current ones.

Probably won’t be as thin as Sony’s ultraslim Vaio X505

Bah.

Could we stop posting fake news please? I mean, I've never even heard of engadget.. if they had some credibility in the apple rumor market, or any market at all, fine.. but, posting news for the sake of posting is not the way to go.

Stick with Macworld news

i think i will stick with MacWorld for my info

besides, powerbooks are already superskinny.. and have better software and hardware than the wintel bunch (i was a windows user until a year ago)

Amazing. Once again an Apple user has to mention how Apple is better than Windows, even though the topic in now way relates to Windows.
