Salem, Oregon - In the wake of a sharp increase of illnesses associated with eating uncooked oysters, Oregon public health officials are warning the public of their potential health risk. Oregon, Washington and British Columbia are currently seeing a wave of Vibrio parahaemolyticus infections, officials said Friday.
