The Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC), as counsel for Consumers Council of Canada (CCC) and National Anti-Poverty Organization (NAPO) has replied to CAIP's CRTC submission, and to Bells submission.


In PIAC's CRTC submission, which in in reply to Bell for accusing CAIP of being the instigators of the throttling mess who should be financially held responsible, PIAC says (in brief):

The Consumer Groups submit that since only one party’s actions, Bell’s, were in issue and since the Consumer Groups opposed Bell’s position and supported CAIP’s in its entirety, that the appropriate apportionment for liability for costs is only to Bell.
