| | | Wow, does anyone see a glaring omission on that map? Univerisity City is uncovered . . . one would think that students at Penn & Drexel would be the first enthusiastic users on such a system. Plus, the area isn't too violent compared to North Philly / Temple area. No body armor req'd in University City at least when I went to school there! | |

Even if i I have to wait an hour driving through Delaware to get to South Philly when I go visit... I do it, and I am never disappointed.
