| bottleneck rcn bottleneck is from there network to the public internet. if you do speedtest to rcn site it is fast. if you test speakeasy or anywhere its slow.even if they give me 100megabits to my home that speed it my home to their headend. then from their headend to the net is prolly like 100megabits shared among 100000 user. | |
