RCN is adding 68 full-time customer service jobs to its Bethlehem call center, part of a commitment to increase local presence of its representatives.
The company expects to add the jobs over the next 60 days to its Avenue C location.
RCN spokeswoman Kimberly Hellwig said all the companys customer service employees will be based in the United States when the hiring is complete. Some had been working in the Philippines.
The move comes as a result of customer feedback requesting more local help.
