Rogers Cable Inc. may offer local telephone service to its clients as early as 2005, chief executive officer Edward Rogers said yesterday. While the company has yet to develop an exact plan for how and when it will roll out the service, “we're working toward 2005 for getting some sort of product in the market,” Mr. Rogers said in an interview.
