| Yeah, I had to find out about it from a customer ! He said that he picked up the modem package from Best Buy, and the Sales rep told him all he had to do was plug it in, and he should be running (SAME DAY!!)
Needless to say, I am in the Customer Self Install department, and there is no way that order would even show up in my system, let alone the DSL line ready the same day as the order was placed...
But that's how I found out about, two weeks later, word finally trickled down like a dial up modem ;( |
