This is a sure-fire business killer

quote:
If Bob Feather has his way, you'll be flipping from one Web site to another one future night when a local advertisement comes floating along the bottom of your screen.

"Order Suzy's Pizza now," the ad might urge. "20 percent Internet discount. Free local delivery in Venice and Englewood . . ."

I think this would only happen one time once Suzy's Pizza experiences dozens of irate spam recipients outside her place of business . . . film at 11.

Talk about copyright violations!!

If I have a website, and someone alters it by "inserting content", then the "content inserter" an ISP in this case, is definately in violation of my copyright.

You have altred the look of my site, and that is illegal.

I can just hear Microsoft yelling, if while surfing a M$ site, an add for AOL is inserted....

I can't help but wonder......

why so much of this (see the Spam and Scam Busters forum, too) comes out of Florida.
