Streamyx Interruption Negeri Sembilan, Melaka & Johor On 16 Sept

TM Net Sdn Bhd would like to inform its customers TM Net will be performing a maintenance exercise on 16 September 2005 (Friday) from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. As a result, there would be a short service interruption and the expected downtime for each node is 5 minutes. tmnet streamyx customers in the Southern Region exchanges in Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor may experience service interruption during this period. TM Net Sdn Bhd apologizes for any inconvenience caused but at the same time, we would like to assure you that we are upgrading our service to serve you better. Customers can call our Customer Interaction Center at 1-300-88-9515 between 8:00 a.m. to midnight or email at custcare@tm.net.my for any enquiries about the service. Full article TM Net

Malaysia | sucking! this upgrade was downupgrade as it get all users from any ip to 60 ip with packetloss + high ping + bandwith overloaded.

| hhmm i surf around the web, found that only has SEAMEWE3 (that submarine cable connected to johor, mersing) maintenance news on july which is widely spreads, he probably telling u some old news to cover up their extremeslowyx.

| ah! strange, no news on internet but only hear on tmnet side? btw, i can confirm this maintenance related to change users to diffrent BRAS, coz the current 1 is overloaded, i get lot of timeout with pass auth all the time b4 upgrade and with that new BRAS, u only get bloody 60.51 ip, compare to old 1 with 218.111 + 60.49.
60 ip has some prob with packet loss and bandwith overloaded, but this only happen on some site.
