if you can prove that Sherwood Partners sold the list deliberately violating the privacy policy which it was collected under, one may have a case.
and they may have pockets... likely decent ones.
one may even be able to take this further as such a breach violates many aspects on ones life. | |

| | Nothing unexpected........... I'm certainly not surprised (nor offended) that I got a letter from Vonage in the mail.
Actually.........had I rec'd one of those big boxes on my porch that others were reporting *early* in this SR fiasco I may very well have gone that route.
Other than that, being that I still have fun w/ VOIP, I don't mind seeing offers from other folks. Ain't nothin' worse than the AVON books that show up on my driveway every week that I have to go pick up & throw in the trash can week after week after week.

Pompano Beach, FL | Ripped off customers should force SR into bankruptcy.. I haven't heard of any mention to reimburse customers who paid for annual service plan. Otherwise the investors are going to get all the money and you'll end up being ripped off.
