Support.com, a provider of support infrastructure software, announced a "multimillion dollar deal" with BellSouth.

"Radha Basu, Support.com's chief executive officer, said BellSouth plans to use her company's technical-support software to help digital subscriber line customers identify and fix technical problems. BellSouth has about 380,000 DSL customers now."
