Which cellphone companies are rated highest ?

Apple's iPhone wins the smartphone top spot. And LG wins the top spot for best regular cellphones.

Looks like if you aren't an iPhone user, LG phones are the best bet.

IPTV over DSL is a step backwards

Sometimes I wish I lived in Verizon territory. Only they seem to get it.

IPTV over copper sucks. Fiber to the home.

As bad as Service Electric is with their low caps, they are still better than what CenturyTel plans to offer.
