Apple - Samsung

She'd like for them to settle prior to a judgement so she does not have to eat crow when Samsung win's an appeal and her errors are pointed out.

Repeating words in links

I think you need to fix the problem with repeating words like:

"Apple reportedly focusing efforts on a new set-top box device for live TV new set-top box device for live TV broadcasts and other content"

Depends on your definition of "3G"

Some of Japan's "3G" networks are pretty slow, and even if you have a properly 3G device on a 3G network, 3G coverage can be spotty.

Re: Depends on your definition of "3G"

I concur. Having been in Japan for 1 1/2 months, I can say that coverage is spotty with dismal throughput...at least with my provider (silly me for not going with NTT Docomo). I had high hopes for wireless in Japan, but service appears to be a step backwards and the costs are high. I do miss my VZW.

Note to Dish: Buy SPRINT

..and put them out of their misery. PLEASE. Though only worked for the company for 10 years, it's got a wealth of bandwidth and resources that they couldn't manage if it bit them on the azz. Suck them up and swing away Dish, swing away.
