1 edit | Re: Rural residents pay a price for their lack of high-speed Satellite would work just fine for what they are doing. I imagine that they would not make their products for less than what it costs to make. Why are they asking for someone to deliver broadband to their middle of no where location for less than what it costs to bring it to them?
When you live out in the boonies you get water from a well, use a septic tank, and use satellite broadband. When you live in the city you put up with the noise, breath the dirty air, and sit in traffic. There is a trade off to everthing.
Oh and what is with the "so called T1" comment?

Okay, why should rural areas waste their time providing food, water, power and raw building materials to cities? I mean, come on, they have tons of money, let them fend for themselves.-- »www.amtrak.com »www.amtrakcalifornia.com »www.metrolinktrains.com »www.narprail.org »www.freighrailworks.org »www.up.com »www.bnsf.com »www.northcoastrailroad.org »www.sonomamarintrain.org
