Seven Ohio men faced gun toting FBI agents, had their computers seized, and were indicted by a local grand jury for allegedly "reconfiguring computer systems to access excessive amounts of bandwidth". The local provider, Buckeye Cable Systems, apparently wanted to make an example of the men, one of whom was an area attorney already in trouble with the law. According to the company's attorney, "Cyber crime is potentially very damaging to society. We are taking a firm position on that type of criminal activity.
