| Typical... While I'm glad the BS in a EULA got overridden, I think this is a stupid case.
Personally, I think the balance is swung all the way over to companies, and it needs to be reset so that consumers have more recourse.
However, having said that, this of course is an undeserving and stupid case. "The game was so addictive it ruined my life...."
OK, whatever. You had no life and continue to have no life and now you want to be paid for it. Yes games are fun but you're the one who chooses how, when, etc to play it.

| Re: Typical... Kinda like text messaging? A psychological addition only to the social aspect. It's not like they are injecting you with drugs or anything.....
Plus I'm not sure they use "tricks to make gamers addicted" as much as they try and make their games interesting and fun and engrossing to play.
Which of course is deliberate.

These Idiots(Lawmakers and the MAFIAA) will never learn that all their efforts will never end file sharing and their efforts only pump more cost on to the consumer causing more incentive to "Stick it to the man" and download that song from something not legit.
