Sorry but if someone is going through the effort of hacking into MY secure connection( which means I don't want anybody else using it ) then I am going to assume they are up to no good. No one "accidently" gets into a secure connection. Would you be cool if I broke into your house while you were at work just to watch TV because I can't afford cable? I mean if I'm not stealing anything what's the harm?
Also if it's ok with you don't complain about your sucky speeds while that guy and all his buddies are using all your bandiwth for hours on end downloading movies from bit torrent which in itself it wrong. | |

But I do feel that those who hack in to a SECURED AP should get hammered big time. A BIG fine for a 1st offense and jail time for repeated offenses. I personally know someone who broke into a wifi, got caught, and was hit with a huge fine, 30 days community service AND 5 YEARS probation.
