at&t/DOJ appealI remember a traffic court case where the judge found the person guilty and politely informed him of his appeal rights if he disagreed. It seemed awfully strange in this case the judge seemed to have such an "emotional" need to discourage either side to not utilize their right to appeal. | | ·Charter

"fundamental economics" ... "common sense"These words. They don't seem to carry as much weight in court as "law".
As unfortunate as such a vertical merger is, the arguments against it have to be founded on law. Don't like it? Change the law. Maybe after some time and anticompetitive behavior passes you can seek to break AT&T up again. | |
