I'm not a politician but $20 is $20.

Well, by virtue of 'the politicians most outspoken against X are the largest users of X on the down low'......I bet Gail Griffen like some dirty, dirty stuff.

Porn Tax

said by linked article :

She proposed a bill in the Arizona House of Representatives that would force manufacturers of electronic devices to install software that blocks porn.

There is no such magic software. At best it's whack-a-mole. At worst folks buy devices from states that don't install blocking software -- unless Arizona builds walls around the entire state and spends billions on illegal device checkpoints! Even if magic software existed and the law was ruled constitutional, the collection rate would be low and it would take years and years for folks to replace devices. I'd argue the offset in lost device sales taxes is probably greater than collecting a porn tax. It really grinds my gears whenever politicians propose "sin" taxes.

Netflix ?would lose 57% of their subscribers if they added commercials

Please dear god Netflix. Don't turn your back on what is good in this world. A commercial free experience is hard to find. Well, outside of piracy anyway.

Verizon 5G rollout: Here is everything you need to know

I really don't think this an author we should trust with information. I found this in the article...
quote:
For the next several years Verizon’s 5G service will piggyback off its massive 5G network.
Uuumm gee, ya think? Was it supposed to piggyback of off 4g or something? Maybe 3g? And why would a carrier piggyback their own network?
