U.S. Robotics, the leading provider of Internet connectivity solutions, has announced that it will organise a specialised training session on June 21, 2004 for its distributors and resellers in the UAE, with the objective of enhancing their technical support in the newly launched wireless and broadband products. The day-long session will be a part of U.S. Robotics strategy to ensure complete customer support in both pre-sales and post-sales scenarios.
