If we had 1.3 BILLION people then you would see Comcast and AT&T with similar numbers. I bet rural China is no better off than Rural America. | |

kudos:2 | You're thinking of Hong Kong. China's internet infrastructure is actually pretty crappy, especially to any rather important sites (you know, Facebook, Twitter, DSLReports, Google). Oh, and you've got the Great Firewall of China. | |
