I call bull****. (So how exactly will my uncle who lives on a rural mountainous road in NY state get broadband? What are these universal broadband plans, or is this just releasing funds for a study on how to have universal broadband? Or is this muni broadband? what about towns that have DSL and cable everywhere but a couple isolated spots in that town don't have Cable, and definitely not DSL? Why would they build out muni?
