Which cities have the fastest Internet in America?

Austin may have the fastest Internet in the US, but I live one and a half hours drive west of Austin, and the best I can do is dial-up, or spotty 3G Mifi wireless.

Moral of my story is: Regardless of what city you live near to, rural broadband in the US, SUCKS!
