That's perfectly fine with me or at least sever their connection to the Internet and PSTN. I have never seen a legit phone call to this piss ant 3rd world country but I have seen thousands and thousands of dollars in fraud calls headed to Antigua. It's enough that you have to get a special waiver to have Antigua added to your dial plan.

Death of Voice

I wonder if call quality has any bearing on this? I really hate talking to someone over cellular connections. Maybe it's just ATT's network but the quality stinks.

Of course cell voice has never been superb. Maybe it's just me as I age toward the inevitability of a hearing aid.

the audio quality of EVERY THING has improved drastically over the last 20 years or so

every thing BUT cell and landline phone audio...
Skype sounds better then ether of them
