Now that DirecTV is about to sell PanAmSat, and since it also has sold other non-core satellite TV assets such as the set-top box business at Hughes Network Systems, what's left for the company to shop?
Last week in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, DirecTV said it's considering "strategic alternatives" for the remaining assets at HNS, including the unit's VSAT business and SpaceWAY, the developing Ka-Band platform.
