YouTube TV Expands Availability
Google's live streaming TV service YouTube TV has expanded into an additional five markets. According to the YouTube TV website, the company has extended service into Burlington, Vermont; Champaign & Springfield-Decatur, Illinois; Columbia, South Carolina; Wichita, Kansas; and the Wilkes Barre-Scranton area in Pennsylvania. All told, the live streaming service (the price for which was just bumped to $40 per month), is now available to nearly 100 markets across the United States, with more markets planned in the coming months.

Expand away!

Couple months back I parted ways with Dish after many, many years and got a youtube tv account... It has 95% of what I watched, way better for the recording as now I set it & forget it, no worries on limit of space or how many recordings at once, or better yet, loosing part of the recording because a raindrop fell. (Yes dish, looking at you!) I save about $50 a month vs. Dish so it’s a win-win! (Well, except for dish, isn’t greed awesome?!)

Would love to give it a try ...

But since I have Fire TV, and I'm not buying a new device, it's a non-starter for me. At first I held out hope that Google and Amazon would kiss and make up, but now I don't think that will ever happen.

Cable TV 2.0

YouTube TV has been out for a year and the price tag just jumped an additional $5.00 a month.
Sounds like a cable tv company to me.
No thank you
