There IS a purchase option now for upgrades to Gen4. I got a voicemail from one of their employees in December that said I could now purchase, and to go to gen4upgrade.hughesnet.com. As recently as a few days ago, one of their reps on their blog denied to another user that purchase was available. I posted a challenge, based upon the above information and she came back with an apology and confirmation of the option.
