You need to be shooting at 2:1 or above magnification- just find a nice dewdrop about 1.5mm in diameter and place a flower about 2cms behind it. I do often focus stack the image as often when the drop is in good focus, the refracted image is just slightly OOF- so one shot with the drop in focus and another shot with the refracted image in focus.
