Thank you. I used my Sigma 105mm f/2.8 macro lens (original non-OS version). Shot fully extended for a 1:1 reproduction ratio. It's a really sharp lens. You just have to make sure your subject is in focus :) Even at F16 the focal plane is really shallow. For lighting I use an off-camera SB-600 flash with diffuser. Shot at the manual settings seen in the EXIF it really isolates the subject from the background.
