 | I had a '58 bug. When the clutch cable broke, I shifted without the clutch and used the starter to go from a stop. I drove it for a month that way before replacing the cable.

 | I had a '60 bug that had both wheel fenders rusted right off the body...........so we tied them to the body and antennae with wire and drove it like that for over a year.
What a blast. :p
