Nice image. My only suggestion is that it has a bit of perspective distortion, which can be easily fixed.

Also be aware that the left side of the house is actually leaning (collapsing) into the house per the owner's comments. The house is obviously in pretty bad shape. The owner just bought the house, and will have to fix the floor substructure as it is rotting away.

If the house is actually leaning then all bets are off. In any event about one degree of perspective correction inward at the bottom looks good to my eye.

I really like the processing - reminds me of my own.
