sqinky
| Tech info - Nikon D850, Nikkor 16-35 f/4G, 20mm, 2.5s, f/18, ISO 400 I managed to get a small break in the cloud cover to the west right about sunset and some pink light kind of made it's way through. I wasn't expecting to take any shots because of the crappy sky and mostly useless light, but I set up hoping to catch whatever was going to unfold (I'd driven 90 minutes to get there so I might as well at least set up and freeze near the shore lol). At any rate, the pink light lasted about 4 minutes from when it first showed up until it was too dark to shoot (about 90 seconds in the middle of it was all that was remotely useful). Knowing I had a few good shots made the walk back up the icy trail with numb toes and frozen fingers much less bad than the walk down to the area I shot from. hey mods · » Tuesday December 29th, @04:23AM
