 | 1 pixel is nothing. Most lcd companies dont replace lcds with less than 4 pixels. 99% of lcds suffer from this. hey mods · » Friday January 21st, @06:53PM

 | That really sucks,,,, If any company cannot insure their product is perfect, then they suck.
I would be advertising everywhere how this guy got screwed.
If it was your money, I am sure you would be all over it.
If their is anything I can do as a web designer, let me know, I am here to help. kazhey mods · » Friday January 21st, @07:49PM

 | Unfortunately Dennis The Mennace is correct - dead pixels are regarded as a fact of life - depending on who you are dealing with and how loud you shout 'may' make a difference - good luck. hey mods · » Friday January 21st, @08:08PM

 | Bummer. This is where I'd short it out and then call them asking why my brand new monitor just took a dump and when is my replacement coming. Course I'd wait a bit if I had just called about the pixel..but before the warranty runs out, you betcha.
On second thought, maybe call them first..lol. hey mods · » Friday January 21st, @08:57PM

 | In that case I would suggest spilling a little water inside the laptop. Then ask them to exchange...make sure to dry out all water before returning though;) hey mods · » Sunday January 23rd, @06:21AM
