 | Im certainly no expert on sports shots, but this seem a little oof or maybe soft. The scene you captured though is very nice, its not often captured at this point in time. (post throw)

 | Nope, not OOF and not soft (in the wrong places). Just a shallow DOF, shooting at f/2.8. This becomes very obvious when you have many subjects in a wide angle shot and you're focused on one of them. The other players may be thrown out of focus because of the shallow DOF, but #14 is tack sharp (and is in the original as well). hey mods · » Saturday January 29th, @06:32PM
