To be honest, I was happy with the network when I first got it. But not more than 2 weeks, the dsl is down. Phoenix network has no regret of not providing the dsl service for what they advertised. They just said, " this is not our problem, this is Northpoint". They asked you to call every day to check the status of their fixed up without calling you or sending you email for any information. I called their help desk, the attitude is awfully bad. Not only one of them, but a lot of them showing the bad attitude.

I mean, other than waiting for their fix up, I can already apply to other DSL company already. Next time, I will never trust phoenix network. For first month subscription, I got only one week service, and more than 20 hours waiting on the phone to talk to their help desk. What do you call a bad company and a bad service ------" Phoenix network".

5 Months of Waiting for DSL Service from Phoenix

5 Months of waiting and excuses from Phoenix DSL. About the only person they did'nt blame was my grandmother and I'm sure if I waited another day before cancelling she would have been the reason for no DSL service.

In my 23+ years of having to deal with companys in regard to poor customer service, Phoenix DSL has re-defined the term (poor customer service).

My advise is to stay away from this company.

I agree completely, I calle dthem several months in advance to instal lmy dsl line, and after a few months, I called up to find out what was going on, they "lost my order". heh, typical, they are so enthusiastic about getting you tpo sign the contract. It's the followup that really counts, and Phopenix let me down big time:

There help desk is next to impossible to get through to. 2 weeks every thing was fine then the line stopped working.
I have been anable to get through to get help. They never answer email or the phones. The line is now 39up and 98 down.

yea i agree about the whole passing th ebuck. they blam it on the modem they blam it on north point, who knows??? they dont. they dont care i tell you they just dont give a shilling once they sign you up.
