Comments on news posted 2002-02-07 00:41:40: A consortium of several 'burbs in Chicago have "had it up to here" with AT&T Broadband cable and (non) cable modem service. Tired of resident complaints, they are apparently able to levy an AT&T fine of "up to $750 a day". ..
