Mike, this is a realignment of the analog tier only. Channels changing places, with no change at all in the digital services. The new lineup is the same as the old one, except for Hallmark. No relevance at all to your lineup in Weirton now or in the future. All MA towns have the same digital lineup; TVGuide.com has them if the Comcast site doesn't.
i called to get my digital cable box activated(i got a new box with digital outs at the local office) and i asked about video on demand and hdtv and she said "we just had a meeting about a bunch of changes yesterday let me look at my notes..." then came back "video on demand august,hdtv late summer." I then asked about any channel changes and she said "yep they will be adding new channels in september or october depending on where you live." I then asked if this meant the whole lineup would change and she said "yes we were told they want to make the lineups the same across the board when they had their welcome to comcast meeting back at the beginning of march."
