Comments on news posted 2005-04-29 10:27:08: Not surprisingly it's tough to get arrested twice for larceny, identity theft, double billing and forgery and keep your national ISDN ISP (which operates under numerous names) operational. ..

How about just putting "Insert generic overused and not funny going to jail comment here"? That would at least not be quite as tired as "Bubba".

Because it makes people feel better? I'm sure bubba will find him in jail. Tho the physical scars will heal, the mental ones won't. Just like the games he played with a few thousand people and thought he could just walk away with their money, he won't be able to walk away from bubba

From the looks of this response, I think my sarcasm was way over your head.

They aren't out of business. They are moving DNS, and everybody was notified about this on Monday. Stop beating a dead horse. What if he's innocent?

Re: Dark Again

LOL you thought it was innocent until proven guilty, wrong again. thats what the law "says" but looks like he has been arrested so seems to me guilty until proven innocent.

Re: Dark Again

It's called evidence. The police had enough probably cause to make the arrest. They don't just put you in hand cuffs because of hearsay.

No. I am posting an email from them that I got at midnight Monday morning. That is all. Misery loves company. Find a hobbie or something else to do.

Yeah, the police accidentally arrest people on a dozen counts of larceny, ID theft, forgery, billing schemes, and ID theft all the time! Why I was accidentally arrested yesterday for operating a complex energy trading scheme and defrauding investors of small Asian oil subsidiary. I've never even been to Asia!

so what they are moving DNS..

Had they done it correctly there would be no interruption period. So they can't figure out DNS either..
But they were running an ISP..

We at BBR aren't a court of law, we're a court of public opinion. In our opinion he's guilty - if the legal process proves otherwise we'll accept that decision (though maybe not agree with it: see OJ).

We do adhere to the rule of law - mob rule and public lynchings.

Bring your own pitchfork and torch, though.

Having someone along with some starter gas helps too, but damnit, that stuff is expensive now!

Re: Dark Again

Did anyone take a look at Google's targeted ads on this thread? Very interesting to see that Google's serving ads for martial arts in response to the posts here about 'prison love'.
