Re: Thanks to the ASI techs and othersYeah...my DSL is still down...but I must say that the ASI techs have been great and seem to really want to help me resolve my problems. Over the past several days I must have spoken to at least five different techs trying to do what they can to resolve my problem.
Tonight I spoke to someone named William who seemed to be going the extra mile to help me. He stayed on the line with me long enough to pass on a message that there seemed to be a bad LT Card that needed to be replaced. He believed it would be done tonight during the maintenance cycle. He said this might be my problem.
He also suggested that I call SW Bell and have them come out and install a new SNI box on my house. I have an older one that is just several wires covered by a piece of rubber molding.
I also want to thank the ASI guys in here that lend a hand and are able to answer questions. |
