the solid disconnection happens every 10 minutes on the dot. Sat here playing a game and looked at the clock, every 10minutes on the dot, id get the solid lag and get dissconected again.

Its resently withen the last 2 weeks im playing a game and i get the "warning, connection inturupted!" and that stays up till i get kicked out, 10% ill make it through.

Other times a page that takes me to laod it in 2seconds some times takes 30-1minute.

Speeds when it works is fine, it "feels" like a loss in service. As if someone pulls out the cable and plugs it back in.

You may want to conduct a test of adding your network back and checking your pings, if they aren't acceptable, then it might be your network causing problems.

Open your MS-DOS Program and run a tracert to www.dslreports.com and also ping www.dslreports.com (Post URL here).

If results come out bad - Then it's most likely on Time Warner's end.

You might also want to try and bypass your router and connect your cable modem directly to your primary PC and check your pings.

Nor does he have any info on it, he just "pays it" as he says and i have no way of finding it out to fix it.

Does this occur on your other PC also?

You can also try converting your wireless PC to wired to see if this shakes off the issue.
