PC gaming Tech → Call of Duty & win2k

I am installing call of duty on a toshiba laptop, with win2k as the os, after I install cod, the icons don't appear correctly, and it tells me that cod.exe is not a valid win32 application. is there a patch, update or somthing I can do to fix this?

hmmm i havent seen this happen before...have you tried installing the 1.4 patch?

I run win2k and call of duty runs fine...perhaps a reboot and defrag...

any other programs doing this as of late?

nope just cod, will install the 1.4 patch, and see what happens.
