I was speaking to a rep at SBC last night and he mentioned that they are in the process of increasing upload speeds from 128 to 256 in southern California. Anyone else hear this or experience an increase?

The completion date for this is supposed to be in July. Supposedly all CO-based connections have been upgraded and ASI is working on the RT's now. New connections to RT's have been starting at the upgraded speeds several weeks now.
