the only people who should be able to get welfare are people who are disabled (mentally or physically) and are unable to work because of it...everyone else, get a friggin job!

Often they don't have family. Or they live far away from family. Ontario isn't Arkansas.

Those people qualify for ODSP which includes an employment portion. That is not welfare, nor should it be.
